Notable Events
In June 2010, No. 18 was trucked to Fillmore, California for filming of "Water for Elephants." It pulled a few Fillmore & Western excursion trains when not in use before being loaded back up and sent back to Carson City at the end of June.
Future
No. 18 will serve on the future reincarnation of the Virginia & Truckee from Carson City to Virginia City, Nevada.
